Realty Trust, a small boutique commercial and residential real estate broker in downtown Palm Springs, has effectively helped change the landscape of Palm Springs.
During the past three years, the two principals – owner, Scott Timberlake, and business partner Michael Kassinger – have helped shape the tourism environment in Palm Springs with the sale/purchase and ownership of several high profile Hotels and Resorts. Additionally, Realty Trust has provided careful stewardship of several commercial buildings that have undergone adaptive reuse and have been sensitively renovated.
Many of these properties that Realty Trust represented are either architecturally-significant and/or historic which adds another element to these transactions – the company’s dedication in the effort to protect and enhance these important Palm Springs landmarks and structures.
